On this live call, I’ll gently lead you through a meditation designed to release stress, quiet the mind, and help you feel grounded again. Every session is unique and intuitively guided. Sometimes we use simple breath and visualisation, other times weaving in deeper energetic support if you‘re open. Available by Zoom or phone, this is a relaxing time out, made for you.
