Movement for emotional release, nervous system restoration, body reconnection, and aligned fitness.
Hi, I’m Leith — long-time lover of movement, Diploma qualified Pilates instructor, and Certified yoga teacher. I’ve always believed moving your body should feel like a joy, not a chore — and that it can be a beautiful gateway back to balance, breath, and self.
I began teaching in 2012, after training here in Melbourne with National Pilates Training. My business Happy Body Pilates first came to life in 2018, but I hit pause in 2021 to focus on my family and grow my Angelic Healing business. Over 2023 and 2024, I eased back in through private client sessions and some beautiful relief teaching work at Rosanna Fire Station Community House — a space I adore for its community vibe and gentle pace.
These days, I’m rebuilding my teaching in a way that feels sustainable, spacious, and aligned — offering classes and sessions that meet people where they’re at, and help them reconnect to their bodies with kindness and curiosity.

The Anchor Series is my signature collection of in-person classes designed to support emotional regulation, body reconnection, and inner peace through flowing movement.
Weekly classes* currently include:
I also offer Anchor & Unwind, which is a monthly mini-retreat with meditation, journaling and sound healing.
*These classes are held at Rosanna Fire Station Community House and can be booked directly with the Fire Station.

Mindful Movement (Chair Yoga & Pilates blend) — Wednesdays, 9:30–10:30am . Community class at Rosanna Fire Station Community House*.
A gentle exercise class for bodies needing a little extra care. In this class we utilise chairs to help our bodies find strength and movement in safe and enjoyable ways. Emphasis on listening to your body's unique needs.

Blending yoga, meditation, journalling, and a mini sound bath, Anchor & Unwind is a nourishing class designed to help you pause, reconnect, and rebalance.

• A warm, welcoming space where you move at your own pace.
• Guidance that prioritises safety, empowerment, and self-confidence.
• Practices that support strength, flexibility, and ease, while also nourishing your mind and spirit.
• A focus on joyful, sustainable movement that you can carry into daily life.

Movement here isn’t about performance. It’s about self-love. It’s about listening to your body, finding your own rhythm, and learning to trust what feels right for you.
Whether you’re here to stretch, strengthen, or simply breathe a little deeper, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, calm, and confident.
